NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

September 2020 Board of Directors Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Greater Hartford Transit District (the “District”) will be convened at 7:00 p.m., September 17, 2020 at the Transit District in the Conference Room, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut.  The meeting room is located on the first floor north side of building in the District offices.

The Agenda will include:

  1. Public Forum
  2. Adoption of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 25, 2020
  3. Financial Matters:
    • Monthly Financial Report
    • Resolution approving the consolidation for accounting purposes of the Union Station Transportation Center Public and Private cost centers into a single cost center.
  4. Committee/Staff Reports:
    • ADA Services
    • Administration/Operations
    • CRCOG Transportation Committee
  5. Any Other Business Properly Brought Before the Board
