NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING

October 2021 Audit Committee Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Audit Committee of the Greater Hartford Transit District will meet at 10:30AM on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 in the Conference Room of the District’s offices at One Union Place, Hartford, CT.

The Agenda will include:

  1. Review of the draft Comprehensive Annual Finance Report – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2021.
  2. Review of the draft Federal Single Audit and State Single Audit Reports – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2021.
  3. Review of Audit Committee Communications – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2021.
  4. Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Committee.
