NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING

October 2017 Audit Committee Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Audit Committee of the Greater Hartford Transit District will meet at 5:30PM on Monday, October 30th, 2017 in the Conference Room of the District’s offices at One Union Place, Hartford, CT.

The Agenda will include:

  1. Review of the draft Comprehensive Annual Financial Report – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2017.
  2. Review of the draft Federal Single Audit and State Single Audit Reports – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2017.
  3. Review of Audit Committee Communications – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2017.
  4. Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Committee.
