NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING

November 2022 Audit Committee Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Audit Committee of the Greater Hartford Transit District will meet at 5:30 PM on Thursday, November 10, 2022 in the Conference Room of the District’s offices at One Union Place, Hartford, CT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A HYBRID MEETING AND THE NUMBER OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE WILL BE LIMITED BASED ON AVAILABLE SPACE WHICH PERMITS SOCIAL DISTANCING.  ONCE THE CAPACITY LIMIT IS MET, ALL OTHERS PARTICIPATING WILL CONTINUE TO UTILIZE A VIRTUAL OPTION. 

          The Agenda will include:

  1. Review of the draft Comprehensive Annual Financial Report – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2022. 
  1. Review of the draft Federal Single Audit and State Single Audit reports – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2022. 
  1. Review of Audit Committee Communications – Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2022. 
  1. Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Committee.
