November 2019 Board of Directors Meeting
Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Greater Hartford Transit District (the “District”) will be convened at 7:00 p.m., November 14, 2019 at the Transit District in the Conference Room, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut. The meeting room is located on the first floor north side of building in the District offices.
The Agenda will include:
- Public Forum
- Adoption of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 19, 2019
- Approval of Board Meeting dates for the upcoming 2020 calendar year
- To fill a vacancy for the office of Vice-Chairman
- To fill a vacancy for the office of Treasurer
- Financial Matters:
- Public Hearing on Revised FY2019 (Per Audit) Budget and Revised FY2020 Budget
- Presentation of FY2019 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, Federal Single Audit Report and State Single Audit Report by BlumShapiro
- Acceptance of FY2019 Audit Reports
- Committee/Staff Reports:
- ADA Paratransit Services
- Operations/Administration
- CRCOG Transportation Committee
- Any Other Business Properly Brought Before the Board
