NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING

May 2023 Audit Committee Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Audit Committee of the Greater Hartford Transit District will meet at 9:30 AM on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 in the Conference Room of the District’s offices at One Union Place, Hartford, CT.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A HYBRID MEETING AND THE NUMBER OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE WILL BE LIMITED BASED ON AVAILABLE SPACE WHICH PERMITS SOCIAL DISTANCING.  ONCE THE CAPACITY LIMIT IS MET, ALL OTHERS PARTICIPATING WILL CONTINUE TO UTILIZE A VIRTUAL OPTION. 

          The Agenda will include:

  1. Audit Planning Communication.
  1. Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Committee.
