NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

March 2019 Board of Directors Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Greater Hartford Transit District (the “District”) will be convened at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2019, at the Transit District in the Conference Room, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut. The meeting room is located on the first floor north side of building in the District offices.

The Agenda will include:

  1. Public Forum
  2. Adoption of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 13, 2018
  3. Act of fill the vacancy of the office of Assistant Secretary
  4. Financial Matters:
    • Monthly Financial Report
  5. Committee/Staff Reports:
    • ADA Paratransit Services
    • Operations/Administration
    • CRCOG Transportation Committee
  6. Any Other Business Properly Brought Before the Board.
