NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

December 2019 Board of Directors Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Greater Hartford Transit District (the “District”) will be convened at 7:00 p.m., December 12, 2019 at the Transit District in the Conference Room, One Union Place, Hartford, Connecticut. The meeting room is located on the first floor north side of building in the District offices.

The Agenda will include:

  1. Public Forum
  2. Adoption of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of November 14, 2019
  3. Resolution to Approve the Updated Title VI Plan
  4. Financial Matters:
    • Consideration of Proposed Final Budget for FY2019 and Revised FY2020 Budget
    • Financial Report
  5. Committee/Staff Reports:
    • ADA Paratransit Services
    • Operations/Administration
    • CRCOG Transportation Committee
  6. Any Other Business Properly Brought Before the Board
