Subject: Notice of Meeting Dates of the GHTD Board of Directors for Calendar Year 2025

The Board of Directors of the Greater Hartford Transit District will hold its Regular Meetings on the following dates during Calendar Year 2025. The Annual Meeting will be held in May.

• March 6, 2025
• May 15, 2025 (Annual Meeting)
• June 12, 2025
• September 18, 2025
• November 13, 2025
• December 11, 2025

All meetings will be held in the Greater Hartford Transit District’s Conference Room, One Union Place, Hartford, CT at 7:00 p.m. and will include an option for remote participation unless otherwise noted.
