NOTICE OF PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING

The Personnel Committee of the Greater Hartford Transit District  (the “District”) will meet on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at 4:00 pm in the Transit District’s  1^st Floor Multipurpose Room (north side of facility), One Union Place, Hartford, CT.

The Agenda will include:

1. Executive Session to review the performance and compensation of the Executive Director.

2. Consideration of Matters brought up in Executive Session.

3. Any Other Business Properly Brought before the Committee.
