Fares/Ticket Books
The ADA service requires a $2.50 fare for each one-way trip. Exact fares must be paid at the time of boarding, as the driver will not make change. Personal checks are not accepted. You also have the option of purchasing a reduced rate ADA 10-ride ticket book to use. The books avoid the inconvenience of paying your driver with bills and change upon boarding. Please contact the Reservationists at (860) 724-5340 and select 1 for the ADA Paratransit fare and the ADA 10-ride ticket book cost. The ADA 10-ride ticket books are available in four ways in your area:
By Mail
You may purchase the ADA 10-ride ticket book by mail using an order form. Call (860) 724-5340 and select 1, and a Reservationist will mail you an order form. Order forms allow payment by check, money order or credit card. Checks and money orders should be payable to “CTTRANSIT”, and mailed to:

Tickets from the ADA 10-ride ticket books are valid for certified ADA clients and companions only. Tickets are not refundable, and lost, stolen or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. There is no expiration date. For further information call the ADA Reservationists at (860) 724-5340 and select 1.
